Using may Yahoo account, I was challenged with the below when sending emails. Luckily there seems to be some sense to this as after I'd sent three emails, I wasn't challenged again that day. Not sure what the timeout period is, but we'll see whether Yahoo keep it in place…
Also, not sure that all the challenge passwords will be as apt as this one!
